Fall General Membership Meeting

Dear Cottontail Swim and Racquet Club Members,

The Cottontail Swim and Racquet Club will hold the 2019 Fall General Membership Meeting on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at Sangster Elementary in Pod C beginning at 7:30 pm. 

Please see the attached UPDATE LETTER for information on:

• 1.       Social events 2019 and 2020
• 2.       Facility upgrades
• 3.       Maintenance expenses
• 4.       Plans for self-management

The meeting agenda includes the following:

• 1.       Reports from the Board of Directors
• 2.       Action to elect members to Board of Directors
• 3.       Discussion on Cottontail management
• 4.       Discussion on Cottontail Facilities and Club upgrades 2019 and 2020

In order to hold a General Membership Meeting the Board requires a quorum of 20 members or valid proxies. Your participation is vital.  If you cannot attend the meeting, please complete the attached PROXY, sign and email it to secretary@cottontailpool.com or mail a signed copy to Cottontail Swim and Racquet Club, ATTN: Proxy, 7000 Cottontail Court, Springfield, VA 22153.
